On a personal level, it is vital to find a yoga practitioner that you connect with. I’ve been to many classes where I couldn’t connect with the instructor and ended up having the opposite effect that I wanted.
Yoga is a deeply personal experience and like anything else, you have to find what works and doesn’t work for you.
