Many of you have DM’d me about rotator cuff issues and how to strengthen it.

Time to grab your superbands or resistance bands!

Here are 4 movements that will help to target your rotator cuff.

Due to the mobile nature of the shoulder joint, it is imperative to learn to control movements.

These can be used as a warm up or as a rehab technique.
