By writing your goals down, you have committed yourself to the task. You have made it a reality and is no longer a wish/dream in your head.
It is physically on paper or on a whiteboard or wherever for you to read, be reminded of, to motivate you and to keep you focused.
It’s just another tool in your arsenal to use to help you get the results you want.
