Exercise Protocols: Adductor Mobility

With lockdown 3.0 in full effect, I feel the majority of us are sitting for prolonged hours in front of our computers or at our desks and causing our hips to tighten up.


Here are some exercises that will help improve mobility in your hips and target our adductors.

The adductors muscles are commonly known as the groin. They run along the inside of the knee up into the groin area and have a habit of locking down your hips.

So it’s important to mobilise the adductors if you want to free your hips.
